The shape and depth of the bowls indicate they they are likely for consomme or soup. The pretty pattern, in the base of the bowl, depicts a scrolling vine with leaves and flowers. The colours are shades of green with pretty pink, mauve and yellow in the flowers. The bowls are in excellent vintage condition, with just some surface crazing to the glaze as would be expected with age. Please look at all the photos to ensure you are aware of the condition. The bowls are stamped at the back with the Mason's mark along with the number C4869.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe plates measure 23 cm in diameter and roughly 2.5cm deep.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe bowls would look fabulous as part of a table setting and are very decorative display pieces.
