When will my parcel arrive?

We endeavour for all parcels to be shipped in a timely manner usually 3-5 working days; however, if your parcel is urgent, we can send it first class or special delivery if you contact us through the website. For UK orders we use Royal Mail and the majority of parcels are sent 2nd class tracked which is a two day delivery service.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to the UK, US and Canada. For other countries we don't have automatic worldwide shipping however we are happy to give a quote if you contact us.

Gift wrapping and packaging?

We try to the best of our ability to always use recycled packaging. This may mean a pre-used box. This does not affect our attention to detail when pacakging and you can rest assured that your goods will arrive safely and well packaged. We hope you appreciate that we do this in an effort to cut down on waste for the planet and to reduce the cost of packaging to you.

Why is there wear and tear on my item?

Most of our stock is vintage or antique. Due to the age of the items, there will always be some wear and tear. We advise that you examine the photographs we provide closely and make sure you are happy with the vintage condition before you purchase. If you are unsure about an item, please do contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions or provide you with more photographs. Remember, it is the nature of antiques that they are not perfect, and this is part of the charm. 

Sizing details

We provide measurements for all of the items in our shop, please check these carefully, especially furniture and other large items, before ordering. It can be costly to return large pieces if measurements are not taken into account, and we would not want you to be disappointed.
