Carved Oak Hook Rack with Wrought Iron Coat Hooks

A lovely rustic hook rack with two large wrought iron hooks. The hooks are mounted on a gorgeous piece of heavy, carved oak with a lovely chippy finish.

This handsome set of hooks are fixed to a beautifully hand carved piece of vintage oak which which appears to be a piece of architectural salvage. The previously painted surface has worn to reveal the natural wood underneath. The hooks themselves are made from wrought iron and a very firmly fixed through the wood. Both hooks and wood are full of vintage appeal and have lots of wear from age and use. (Please look at all the photos and video carefully to ensure you are happy with the vintage condition). The hook rack measures 46cm long. The wood block is 11cm high and around 4cm deep. There are two fixings on the back for the wood block to hang on.*

This original, unusual hook rack would look fabulous in a hallway or boot room to hang coats, scarves and umbrellas. A decorative piece in its own right it could also be used as a styling piece and placed in a kitchen or bathroom for tea towels, kitchen utensils or bunches of dried flowers.
