Portmeirion Botanic Garden 35th Anniversary Platter

A beautiful large, commemorative plate from Portmeirion. This Botanic Garden plate dates from 1995 and commemorates 35 years of Portmeirion Potteries.

This plate is beautifully decorated with a blue passion flower surrounded by butterflies. It is stamped on the front and at the bottom of the plate are the words, “Portmeirion Potteries 35th Anniversary 1960 - 1995. The plate is in excellent condition and even still has the original bar code sticker on the back. It appears to have been only used for display. The plate measures 34 cm diameter

This plate could be used to as a serving platter or a cheese plate. However, it is so decorative it would look fabulous displayed on a plate wall or in a dresser. A fabulous gift for anyone who loves Portmeirion.
