Antique Wooden Hand Mirror

A lovely oval hand mirror dating from the early 20th century. The mirror is made from mahogany with bevelled glass. The mirror measures 29cm long.

The back of the mirror as developed a beautiful patins from years of use with scuffs and scratches commensurate with age. There are two splits in the wood around the edges of the mirror but these do not affect its use or appearance. There appears to be some hand writing scratched into the surface. The mirror glass is in good condtion with just a small chip near the handle. Please look at all the photos to ensure you are aware of the condition.

The mirror measures 29cm long including the handle and 12cm wide.

The mirror would be lovely to use and display on a dressing table. It would also look great displayed with similar mirrors on a gallery wall.
