A striking, decorative crucifix finished in bright gold metal. Designed to stand on a tabletop this is a particularly eye catching piece.

This relatively modern crucifix is made from metal which has a highly polished gold finish. The bright metal contrasts with red inlaid panels in the cross. Behind Christ’s head is a medallion which identifies the piece as a St. Benedict cross. Another medallion on the back of the cross shows the figure of St.Benedict. The crucifix stands on an ornate base which can be removed by unscrewing, allowing the cross to be wall hung. The cross is in excellent condition but please check photos carefully to ensure you are aware. The crucifix measures 26cm high x 12.5cm wide, including the base.

This is an unusual and highly decorative piece with fantastic kitsch appeal! It is a great for display and would make a unique addition to a collection.
