Vintage Wooden Chair

A gorgeous vintage wooden chair with a flat seat and slatted back. Originally from a school, this chair shows beautiful wear and patina. We have four chairs available priced separately.*

The chair is a solid construction, most likely elm and oak and built to last. The original varnish is almost completely worn exposing beautiful greying wood. The wood shows a patina from years of wear and the carved seat has a fabulous grain pattern.  Each chair is in similar condition with varying states of wear. There is extensive loss to varnish, as well as scratches, knocks and scuffs.  Please check all photos to ensure that you are happy with the vintage condition. 

The chair measures 85 cm tall in total- seat height is 45 cm. The seat width is 34 cm and the depth is 35 cms. 

Great little occasional chair. Perfect in a child’s bedroom or hallway. It could be painted if you so desire. A good prop too for a theatre or photography. 

All our items show wear and signs of use. Please do not buy if you are looking for perfection!
