Framed Oil Painting of Yellow Roses

A pretty vintage painting in oil on canvas board depicting two yellow roses and buds. This medium sized, framed midcentury painting is skilfully painted in close up and has an elaborate mount.

This painting is in great condition having been protected by glass but the wooden frame has had a few knocks and scuffs. None are too notable. The painting is well done and signed “Elio Vitalo” who was born in Florence in 1900. We haven’t been able to find out much about him except that as well as floral paintings he also painted clowns! Please check photos carefully to ensure that you are happy with the vintage condition.

This would be a lovely painting to add to a floral gallery wall. Fab too hung in a hallway or living room. This painting is strung and ready to hang and give instant joy to your space!
